Hi, I’m Nina Varady—a graphic designer who’s curious about, well… almost everything.
I first got into design in high school, where I studied graphic communications and worked independently with clients on real-world projects. Since then, I’ve explored everything from branding and layout to digital content and print production. I recently graduated from Drexel University and completed a six-month co-op at Lilly Pulitzer as a Creative Content Designer, where I worked across teams to bring ideas to life through thoughtful, polished visuals.
But honestly, what’s kept me in love with design all this time is how endlessly versatile it is. I haven’t nailed down one specialty—and I’m not in a rush to. I enjoy the freedom of approaching each project with fresh eyes, staying open to different mediums, methods, and perspectives. The way I see it, design is about connection. It’s about understanding people—what they need, what they care about—and creating something that speaks to that in a way that feels genuine.
I try to carry that same energy into how I work: with care, curiosity, and a willingness to grow. I don’t want to stay in one lane forever—I want to keep learning, keep evolving, and keep making things that matter (or at the very least, things that make someone pause and smile).
When I’m not designing, I’m probably cooking or baking something overly ambitious, reading a book, or tending to a small jungle of houseplants. I like working with my hands, taking my time, and being present in the process—both in life and in design.
